1. Price is included of foundation, installation and transportation to new place ( Bali area only ).

2. We change Alang-alang roof for Sumatran wooden house.

3. Term of payment :
- 50% : Down payment required
- 25% : During installation and the construction is ready
- 25% : The house is complete

4. Payment can be made via :
- Cash
- Bank transfer (bank detail will provide)

5. For other house equipment request is provide by customer.

6. Shipment outside of Bali Island is buyer’s responsibility.
